Your domain's MX points to BanMySpam
System3 sets up your domain so inbound mail reaches the BanMySpam gateways first. Your mailboxes and mail server don't change.

Each message is scored
Messages are checked for spam, viruses, sender reputation and policy. The filters are maintained by System3.

Clean mail is relayed to your server
Legitimate mail is delivered on to your existing mail server within seconds.

Suspicious mail is quarantined
It never reaches the recipient's inbox. It is held securely on the gateway.

Authorised people review it
Your registered contacts sign in to the BanMySpam portal, preview the message safely, and release it, delete it, or allow or block the sender. Released mail goes straight to the recipient.
Who can sign in? Only the people your company has registered with System3 as authorised contacts, and only for the domains assigned to them. Ask System3 to add or remove someone.
